Not much! Each workout is categorized by the type of equipment it uses (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) and most of the equipment can be swapped. Additionally, there are several bodyweight-only options!
This subscription is only available to those who also are working through (or have gone through) POPUp: An Uplifting Guide. That's not because it's inherently more difficult, but because it is expected that you have at least some idea of strategy, working within your capacity, and how to modify. You are also given several options throughout the workouts!
